Peterson lands two Top-5 finishes over weekend; runner-up placement at Thayer County Speedway

Kicking off his race weekend on Thursday night, Devyn Peterson was one of 17 Modified entries at U.S. 30 Speedway (Columbus, Neb.).

Making up two spots in his heat race, Peterson started ninth in the A-Main and moved passed four competitors to land a Top-5 finish in fifth.

Taking off Friday and Saturday, Devyn was back in action on Sunday evening at Thayer County Speedway (Deshler, Neb.) among a 26-car field.

Starting 12th in the main event, Peterson stormed through the pack and made up 11 positions to finish runner-up behind Matt Andrews.
